When do I actually start paying?

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can connect a store, run attribution, and read reports without entering payment details.

How is it priced?
$89 a month for each store, whatever its order volume, however many events it sends, and however many people you invite. Shopify stores are billed through Shopify, on the store's own Shopify invoice.

Is anything held back from the plan?
No. All ten attribution models, every report, every destination, and Soran AI are there from the first day.

How many stores can I connect?
As many as you need. Each store is billed on its own and gets its own free month first. Agencies run dozens side by side in one organization.

Can I bring historical data with me?
Orders, products, and customers come across when you connect Shopify. Ad spend backfills as far as each platform's API allows, which is 30 days for TikTok.

What happens to my data if I leave?
It is yours. Reports export, and the API and personal API keys let you pull your own data out at any time.
